Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well mixed.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Mix in chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits to customize your cookies. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
