Ingredients
  

For the Bomb Filling

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken Can substitute with ground turkey or lean beef
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble before use
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Cut into cubes

For the Coating and Frying

  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko or Regular for extra crunch
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil For frying

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix ground chicken, crumbled bacon, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Take a small amount of the chicken mixture, flatten it in your palm, add a mozzarella cube in the center, and fold it over to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Roll each bomb in flour, dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • In a deep skillet, heat vegetable or canola oil over medium heat until hot.
  • Carefully add the bombs to the oil in batches, frying until golden brown on each side, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the bombs from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or extra Buffalo sauce. Cut in half for easy sharing or serve whole for a heartier snack.
