  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese You can use any cheese you prefer.
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce Adjust quantity based on desired spice level.
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning Store-bought or homemade ranch seasoning can be used.
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough Ensure the dough is fresh.
  • 1 spray cooking spray Optional for preventing sticking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well blended.
  • Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it. Pinch together the seams to form a rectangle.
  • Cut the dough into squares, about 3x3 inches in size.

Assembly and Baking

  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough square.
  • Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  • Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray if desired.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. For added flavor, sprinkle some chopped green onions or fresh herbs on top.
