Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and assorted veggies. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle the cheese over the chicken mixture, allowing it to melt.
  • Spoon the mixture into each tortilla and wrap tightly.
  • Place the wraps back in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
