- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Mixed with Italian seasoning.
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded; key for a bubbly finish.

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, salt, pepper, and any Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce. Place noodles, then spread half of the ricotta mixture, followed by shredded chicken. Repeat until ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
Cooking
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top layer for that gooey finish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
Finishing Touch
- Allow the lasagna to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to help it set.
