  • 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon Crispy bacon adds more flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred.
  • 15 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls Sliced in half horizontally.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted For brushing the rolls.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Mix with melted butter.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Lay the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

Baking

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick or swap in turkey bacon. Serve with fresh veggies or ranch dressing for dipping.
