Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved For topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips For melting
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For melting chocolate

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in sugar.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in half of the strawberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool.

Decoration

  • Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil and dip the remaining strawberries in the melted chocolate.
  • Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on top of the brownies.
  • Drizzle any leftover chocolate over the top for decoration.
  • Let the chocolate set before cutting and serving.

Notes

For an extra indulgent treat, serve warm with a scoop of ice cream. You can also experiment with different fruits like raspberries or blueberries for a flavorful twist.
