Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  • Place the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For an extra zing, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice to the crab mixture. Serve warm for the best flavor and texture experience.
