Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced kielbasa and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  • Stir in diced bell pepper and zucchini, cooking for another 5-6 minutes until tender.

Cooking

  • Add gnocchi, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring well to bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Season with paprika, black pepper, and salt to taste, allowing the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  • Once thickened, stir in shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
