  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Dairy and Dressing

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, chopped bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  • Mix everything together until well combined, making sure the chicken and broccoli are coated in the dressing.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Top the casserole with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
