Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking.
  • Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then chop into bits.
  • Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until vibrant and tender, then drain and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • In the same bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, minced garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses with the broccoli.

Assembly

  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese and crispy bacon on top.
