Ingredients

Liquids/Dairy

  • 200 ml Milk Whole milk is preferred for creaminess; buttermilk is an alternative.

Seasoning/Spice Blend

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder Adjust the amount to control spice level.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Optional, can enhance flavor.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Optional, use sparingly to avoid overpowering.

Starch

  • 2 tbsp Flour Combined with cornstarch for coating.
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch Provides a crispy texture.

Oil for Frying

  • Oil For frying, heat to 350°F.

Preparation

  • Mix the milk with salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch.

Coating and Frying

  • Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Dredge each wing in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  • Carefully add the wings to the hot oil and fry for about 8-10 minutes per batch until golden brown.
  • Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.

Serving

  • Plate the wings and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight. Customize spices to your preference and try various dipping sauces.
