Preparation

  • In the Crock Pot, combine the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms.
  • Pour in the beef broth and mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours, add the cheese tortellini and cream cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the tortellini is heated through and everything is melty.
