  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Use freshly ground for a stronger flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Be cautious, as store-bought sauces can be salty.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 2.5 cups Alfredo sauce Using a store-bought variety is recommended for convenience.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Adds creaminess to the dish.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For extra flavor and richness.
  • fresh parsley for garnish Optional for added color.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the minced garlic, black pepper, and salt over the chicken.
  • Add 2 cups of the Alfredo sauce over the chicken and stir gently to combine.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Stir in the cheese tortellini and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until tender.

Finishing Touches

  • Stir in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes
