Preparation

  • Grease the crockpot lightly with cooking spray.
  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mince the garlic.
  • Mince the parsley for garnish.

Cooking

  • Place the diced chicken breasts into the crockpot, spreading them evenly.
  • Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently to combine.
  • Mix in the minced garlic and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • 30 minutes before serving, add pasta to the crockpot and stir.
