  • 1 bag 26-ounce bag frozen meatballs Use your preferred brand.
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 jar 16-ounce jar sliced pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup butter, diced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by greasing your crockpot lightly.
  • Pour the frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning evenly over the meatballs.
  • Pour the jar of sliced pepperoncini peppers and their juice on top.
  • Pour in the water and add the diced butter.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serving

  • Once cooked, give it a good stir and your meatballs are ready to delight!

Notes

For extra richness, add garlic powder. You can swap meatballs for Italian sausage or try using plant-based meatballs for a vegetarian option.
