  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 pound bacon, crumbled Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook chicken breasts in a pan until fully cooked. Let them cool, then shred or chop into small pieces.
  • Boil fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Filling Mix

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, cooked fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.

Breading Station

  • Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate dishes.

Form Bombs

  • Carefully place a few bombs in the hot oil, frying until golden brown on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serving

  • Let cool slightly before serving to enjoy the gooey inside.

Notes

Add garlic powder or Italian herbs to the filling for extra flavor. Customize by swapping chicken for shredded beef or turkey.
