Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 box box of brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Ice Cream Layers

  • 2 pints ice cream (your choice of flavor)

Toppings

  • whipped cream (for topping)
  • chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
  • chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions and grease a 9x13 inch cake pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until well combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions.
  • Once baked, let the brownies cool completely.
  • Cut the brownies in half horizontally to create two layers.

Assembly

  • Place one layer of brownies on a serving plate and spread one pint of ice cream evenly on top.
  • Add the second layer of brownies on top of the ice cream, followed by the second pint of ice cream.
  • Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and add any garnishes if desired.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Slice and enjoy your showstopping dessert!

Notes

Enhance flavor by adding nuts or caramel swirls to the brownie mix. Customize by using different types of ice cream and serve with extra chocolate sauce!
