  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese Cut into chunks
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Added at the end
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Added at the end
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced Added at the end
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Place the boneless chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Cut the cream cheese into chunks and add it to the crock pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Enhance with garlic powder or smoked paprika. This dish is versatile, serve it in wraps, on rice, or with your favorite veggies. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
