Ingredients
  

Main Protein

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned and cooked.

Starch/Pasta

  • 1 cup Orzo Pasta Cooked al dente for about 9-11 minutes.

Seasoning/Spice Blend

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds aromatic depth.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Gives the dish an aromatic flavor.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 2 cups Chicken Broth Creates a flavorful base.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates a creamy sauce.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Added for color and nutrition.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Stir in at the end for extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add dry orzo and toast it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil, scraping any flavorful bits from the bottom.
  • Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add chopped spinach and grated Parmesan, stirring until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.

Notes

Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve with crusty bread. Optional: add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
