Breading and Flavor

Preparation

  • Prepare the breading station with flour in one bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another.

Cooking

  • Coat marinated chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Heat butter in a skillet and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  • In another skillet, melt butter and soak bread slices in the remaining egg mixture, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side.
