  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use plain Greek yogurt for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter Choose creamy or crunchy based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Use dark, milk, or semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for extra sweetness.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and honey/maple syrup (if using).
  • Scoop the mixture into small silicone molds or a lined baking tray.
  • Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid.
  • Pop out the bites and enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert.

Notes

For added flavor, try cinnamon or vanilla extract. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
