Ingredients
  

Main Protein

  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces Tender cuts like flank or tenderloin can be used as alternatives.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter recommended to control saltiness. Olive oil can be used as an alternative.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 4 cloves minced garlic Finely mince for even cooking. Shallots can be an alternative.
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped Can also use chives or scallions if desired.

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  • Add steak pieces to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 4-5 minutes without moving them.
  • Flip steak pieces and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until browned to desired doneness.
  • Reduce heat to medium, then add minced garlic and butter. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak bites.
  • Serve immediately, drizzled with the garlic butter.

Notes

For added flavor, consider a splash of Worcestershire sauce in the garlic butter. Customize with herbs like thyme or rosemary.
