Ingredients
  

Beef Mixture

  • 450 g ground beef High-quality ground beef for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Optional for added flavor

Cheese Filling

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese Softened for easier mixing

Biscuit Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

Topping

  • 60 g unsalted butter Melted
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic Or add garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish

  • Chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with cheddar cheese and cream cheese until well combined.
  • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  • Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Enhance flavor by adding chopped onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture. Customize each bomb with different types of cheese or ground meat. Serve with fresh veggies or a salad.
