  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, diced onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and lightly browned on top.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes
