  • 1 lb Large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the shrimp until evenly coated.
  • Spread the shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for an extra zing. Customize with your favorite spices, or serve it over pasta or rice for a heartier meal.
