Preparation

  • Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • Season generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Once hot, add the chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add the broccoli florets to the same pan.
  • Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender yet still crisp.
  • Mix the chicken and broccoli to blend the flavors.
  • If needed, add a splash more olive oil or a small amount of water to create steam.
  • Remove the pan from heat and divvy up the chicken and broccoli into bowls.
  • Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce or a yogurt and garlic mix before serving.
