  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning Italian seasoning can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Fresh minced garlic can be swapped in if preferred.
  • to taste Pepper Freshly cracked black pepper recommended.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by cooking your bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once done, transfer it to a paper towel to drain excess grease before crumbling it.
  • While the bacon is cooking, take your cream cheese out of the fridge to soften, so it’s easy to mix.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix well until you have a smooth base.
  • Now, fold in the chopped Grillo’s pickles and crumbled bacon. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder and pepper. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  • For best results, let your dip chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or fresh veggies. Enjoy every delicious bite!
