Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 800 g Chicken Breast (cut into halves)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Cajun Seasoning Mix

For Cooking

  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 25 g Grass Fed Butter for Cooking
  • 1 Medium Red Onion (chopped)
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Cajun Seasoning Mix

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 150 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 15 g Grass Fed Butter For garnish, use fresh parsley.
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season chicken halves with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, chilli powder, and 1.5 teaspoons of the Cajun seasoning mix.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 25 grams of grass-fed butter over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned chicken to the pan, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add chopped red onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the remaining Cajun seasoning mix, milk, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Cook until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the chicken back to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Simmer for a few minutes more.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Flavor Enhancement: Add a splash of lemon juice for extra brightness. Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference.
