  • 1 cup pizza dough Fresh or frozen dough
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce For dipping
  • Olive oil For brushing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and add the pepperoni slices on top.
  • Cut the dough into small rectangles or squares.
  • Roll each piece tightly and place them seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
