Preparation

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  • Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  • Sprinkle in the paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to coat the beef and onion.

Cooking

  • Pour in the beef broth and milk. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the elbow macaroni, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  • Once the macaroni is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  • Serve warm in bowls. Garnish with additional cheese or herbs if desired.

Notes
