  • 4 servings Ramen noodles Use fresh or dried noodles.
  • 4 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable) Use homemade or store-bought broth.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce Adjust according to taste.

Toppings

  • 2 Eggs Boil for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled.
  • 1 cup Vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, etc.) Sauté until tender.
  • 2 Green onions Chopped, for garnish.
  • to taste Optional toppings (sesame seeds, nori, etc.) Customize according to preference.

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pot, heat your broth over medium heat. Add soy sauce to taste.
  • While the broth heats, boil the eggs for about 6-7 minutes for a soft center. Remove, cool, peel, and set aside.
  • Sauté vegetables in a separate pan until tender. You can use carrots, mushrooms, or any favorite veggies.

Assembly

  • Assemble your ramen: place noodles in a bowl, pour hot broth over them, and top with sautéed vegetables.
  • Cut the boiled eggs in half and place them on the ramen. Garnish with chopped green onions and any optional toppings you like.

Notes

Enhance flavors with garlic, ginger, or chili oil. Customize with proteins like chicken or tofu. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
