  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

Preparation

  • In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Toss the shrimp in cornstarch and fry until golden.
  • In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, and lemon juice.
  • After frying, drain the shrimp and coat them with the sauce.
  • Add the candied walnuts.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
