  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Greasing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for greasing the baking dish

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, broccoli, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
