Preparation

  • Combine yogurt, grated garlic, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet with a little olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, deglaze the skillet with a splash of water or chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly over the chicken before serving.

Serving

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges.
