  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming rounds.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best experience, right out of the oven. Great presentation with fresh herbs.
