  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it in half. Then, slice each half into thick wedges.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and garlic; sauté until tender.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, then gently place the cabbage wedges into the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cover and let it simmer for about 10 minutes before adding the cream cheese and heavy cream.
  • Stir until creamy and melted, then sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes and fresh herbs throughout.
  • Transfer everything to a baking dish, top with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
