Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb sirloin steak

Condiments and Oils

  • 3 tbsp olive oil Divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Grains

  • 2 cups cooked grains (brown rice or quinoa)

Vegetables

  • Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • Cucumber, chopped
  • Red onion, chopped
  • Kalamata olives

Sauces

  • Tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill)

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper. Cook it for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the pan and let it rest.
  • In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir quickly for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Slice the rested steak and prepare your serving bowls.
  • Layer cooked grains at the bottom, then add sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  • Top with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.

Notes

Enhance flavor with a sprinkle of feta cheese over the top. Customize with your favorite ingredients like roasted peppers or avocado.
