Preparation

  • Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  • Spread butter on the outside of each roll half.
  • Place a slice of cheese inside each roll to create a mini sandwich.

Cooking

  • Place the sandwiches on the skillet, buttered side down.
  • Grill for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Carefully flip and grill the other side until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
  • Remove from skillet, cut into pieces if desired, and serve warm.

Notes
