  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adds sweetness.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped until stiff peaks form creates a fluffy texture.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances overall flavor.
  • food coloring in spring colors For vibrant swirls.

Crust

  • 1 pre-made pie crust graham cracker crust Add a sweet, crunchy layer. Can swap for an Oreo crust.

Optional Decor

  • fruits or candies for decoration Top pie for visual appeal.

Preparation

  • Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until it’s creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  • Divide the mixture into bowls and add different food coloring to each bowl, swirling without completely mixing.

Assembly

  • Pour the colored mixture into your prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours or until it’s set.

Notes

For clean slices, use a warm knife. Serve with whipped cream or fresh fruits. Can be made a day in advance and chilled overnight.
