Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chopped pistachios, honey or maple syrup, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until fully mixed.
  • Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Check consistency; if too thick, stir in more almond milk.
  • Stir again before serving to redistribute the ingredients.
  • Serve in bowls, topped with fresh orange segments.

Notes

Use clear glass bowls for presentation. Optional to add yogurt or additional nuts. Best enjoyed fresh, but can last in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
