  • In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the potstickers to the pot; cook according to package instructions or until tender (usually about 5-7 minutes).
  • Stir in the fresh greens and let them wilt for 1-2 minutes.
  • Season the soup with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a splash of chili oil for heat. This soup can be customized with different vegetables or serve it with a squeeze of lime for acidity.
