  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cooking Steps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  • Stir in the chopped cabbage and sliced bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil. If you like a little heat, sprinkle in red pepper flakes.
  • Mix everything well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve hot!

For a zesty kick, add a splash of lime juice. Customize with leftover veggies like carrots or snap peas. Pair with sliced green onions for extra flair.
