Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood Filling

  • 12 pieces large pasta shells For stuffing
  • 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Divided for topping
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.

Baking

  • Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Place the stuffed shells in the dish, then cover with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve in a vibrant dish to showcase the colorful shells and sauce. Pair with a fresh green salad or garlic bread. A glass of crisp white wine complements the dish wonderfully. Add lemon juice for added zest.
