For the Garlic Bread Bowl

  • 1 loaf garlic bread Use a large loaf for best results.

For the Spaghetti Filling

  • 8 oz spaghetti Cook until al dente.
  • 2 cups marinara sauce Feel free to enhance with spices.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and marinara sauce.
  • Cut the top off the garlic bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving enough crust to hold the filling.

Assembly and Baking

  • Fill the hollowed bread with the spaghetti mixture.
  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the filled garlic bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Enhance with red pepper flakes for extra heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
