Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccolini, trimmed Cook until bright green for the best flavor and texture.
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced Mince the garlic fresh for a better taste.

Starch/Pasta

  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or your choice) Rinse under cold water after cooking to prevent sticking.

Seasoning/Spice Blend

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Tamari or coconut aminos can replace soy sauce.

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the broccolini to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and chili paste (if using) and toss everything together, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
