Ingredients
  

For the Steak and Potatoes

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak Choose your preferred cut
  • 1 lb Yukon Gold or red potatoes Chop into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt (to taste) Salt
  • Pepper (to taste) Pepper
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cooking Potatoes

  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Cooking Steak

  • While the potatoes bake, season the steak with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side to your preferred doneness.

Final Assembly

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, then drizzle it over the cooked steak.
  • Slice the steak into strips and divide it into meal prep bowls with potatoes.
  • Allow to cool slightly before sealing and refrigerating. Arrange steak and potatoes in separate sections for a colorful look.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking. Customize your bowl with your favorite veggies or sauces.
