  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning Adjust according to taste.

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the steak with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  • In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  • Serve the sliced steak in bowls over the sautéed vegetables.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges for an extra zing.

Notes

You can enhance flavor by marinating the steak for an hour. Feel free to try different seasoning blends or add your favorite vegetables.
