Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • In the meantime, cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  • Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Add a splash of lime juice for some zing. Customize with your favorite veggies like bell peppers or broccoli. Serve with crusty bread for a heartier meal.
