  • 1 lb ground beef Use quality ground beef for best flavor.
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Melted for creamy texture.

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley Optional garnish.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. Then, add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Sprinkle in paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring to coat.
  • Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add the rotini pasta, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once pasta is tender, stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, enhance with a splash of Worcestershire sauce. You can customize with veggies; try bell peppers or spinach.
